Indonesian president turns bike ‘stuntman’

Controversial Indonesian President Joko Widodo seems willing to do anything to stay in powerr, including locking up political opponents and now stunting on a motorcycle as this video shows.

Of course, it’s not the 57-year-old politician on the bike.

Yet it’s still trending on Indonesian social media which is the most active in the world, attracting hashtags such as #proudtobeindonesian and #stuntman are trending big time.

Which is all good for Widodo’s re-election.

The video depicts Widodo leaving the presidential palace on his way to the opening ceremony of the 2018 Asian Games.

His limo gets stuck in traffic so he gets out and commandeers a motorcycle to do some lane filtering and stunts on his way to the ceremony.

Widodo says he is a motorcycle fan, like Russian President Vladimir Putin. There may be some other similarities, too!
