450SX Class
- Familiar Territory: Ryan Dungey has now won a 450SX Class Main Event each season he’s been in the class since moving up in 2010.
- Breakthrough: The win in San Diego marked Dungey’s first in seven attempts.
- The Streak Continues: Dungey extended his podium streak to 18 races, dating back to last season.
- Podium King: Chad Reed added to his all-time career 450SX Class podiums record with his 128th top-three finish.
- Legendary Status: Reed will make his 188th 450SX Class start on Saturday, tying Larry Ward for third all-time.
- Parity Abound: For the second consecutive week, all six different manufacturers were represented in the top six. The same six riders have occupied those positions through the first two races.
