MV Agusta Motor S.p.A. has officially completed a strategic move to regain full control of its operations, with Art of Mobility now holding 100% ownership of the iconic Italian motorcycle manufacturer. This milestone marks the beginning of a bold new chapter defined by innovation, heritage, and renewed autonomy.

The two-year collaboration with KTM AG yielded key advancements in production technology and dealer network expansion. While the partnership has now concluded, several operational functions will continue to be co-managed until the close of the financial year to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.

With full ownership restored, Art of Mobility has reaffirmed its confidence in MV Agusta’s leadership team, aligning with a clear long-term vision focused on engineering excellence and global brand expansion.

As part of this strategic evolution, Luca Martin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MV Agusta Motor S.p.A., following successful tenures as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO.

Filippo Bassoli continues as Board Member and Chief Brand & Marketing Officer, while Timur Sardarov and Ratmir Sardarov will remain involved as Non-Executive Directors, representing Art of Mobility’s ongoing commitment. Hubert Trunkenpolz will serve as Chairman of the MV Agusta Board of Directors.

“Being appointed CEO of MV Agusta is a great honour. This brand is a true symbol of Italian excellence. I would like to thank Timur and Art of Mobility for their trust and continued support… Built by real motorcyclists, for real motorcyclists. ‘Everlasting Beauty Beyond Performance’ is not just a vision — it’s our reality.”
Luca Martin, CEO of MV Agusta Motor S.p.A.

Martin’s statement underscores MV Agusta’s philosophy: a fusion of timeless design, high performance, and emotional connection. The company’s motorcycles are crafted not only for speed but to create lasting bonds between rider and machine—continuing a legacy that blends art with mechanics.

With several product innovations already in the pipeline, MV Agusta is positioning itself as a forward-thinking manufacturer rooted in Italian craftsmanship and fueled by a passion for riding. Under the full ownership of Art of Mobility, the brand is ready to evolve — with purpose, power, and prestige.
