Kawasaki has announced fresh liveries for its entry-level models, the Ninja 125 and Z125, for the 2026 season. Both machines carry the unmistakable DNA of their legendary families, offering new riders the chance to step into the world of performance motorcycles with styling and features inspired by larger-capacity models.

Entry-Level Icons with Rich Heritage
The Z family traces its roots back to 1972, while the Ninja line was first introduced in 1984. Over the decades, both series have become pillars of Kawasaki’s motorcycle identity. Today, the Ninja 125 and Z125 continue that legacy, delivering an ideal first step into motorcycling for A1 licence holders and enthusiasts eager to experience Kawasaki performance.
Engineering and Design Inspired by Flagship Models
Both the Ninja 125 and Z125 share a tubular trellis chassis, reflecting the same engineering philosophy as Kawasaki’s high-performance supercharged Ninja and Z models. This design provides a balance of stability, durability, and rider confidence – qualities essential for entry-level machines.
Ninja 125 – Sporty Design with Everyday Versatility
The Ninja 125 mirrors the look of Kawasaki’s racing machines, featuring sharp bodywork and Supersport ergonomics. Powered by a 15 PS (11 kW) engine, it delivers smooth controllability and strong performance across the rev range.
Riders benefit from a digital instrument cluster, Uni-Trak rear suspension, 37 mm telescopic front forks, and ABS braking. For added comfort, Kawasaki offers an ERGO-FIT accessory seat that raises the position by 20 mm. Combining city-friendly flexibility with sporty handling, the Ninja 125 remains one of the most attractive entry-level sports bikes.
Z125 – Naked Performance with Sugomi Styling
For riders drawn to Kawasaki’s streetfighter spirit, the Z125 embodies the brand’s distinctive Sugomi design philosophy. Sharing its engine and frame with the Ninja 125, this naked bike delivers the same technical advantages while offering a more upright and aggressive look.
The Z125 comes with all-digital meters, ABS brakes, and the option of a 25 mm lower ERGO-FIT accessory seat for improved comfort. A1 licence compliant, it is the smallest member of the Z family but retains the bold presence and styling of its larger siblings.
