Triumph Motorcycles has officially unveiled the TF 250-C and TF 450-C, two purpose-built machines designed to take on the toughest cross country racing environments. Engineered for endurance, speed, and control, these new models will be available in the United States, Canada, France, and New Zealand starting October 2025.

Developed in close collaboration with elite riders and tested across some of the world’s harshest terrain, the TF 250-C and TF 450-C combine Triumph’s proven motocross DNA with cross country resilience. The result is two race-ready motorcycles tailored for GNCC competition and long-format endurance events, where precision handling, stamina, and power are critical.

Proven Engines, Built for Endurance

At the heart of the lineup are Triumph’s competition-developed 250cc and 450cc single-cylinder four-stroke engines, optimized with three engine maps, refined torque delivery, and championship-level durability.

  • The TF 250-C produces 47.3 PS at 13,250 rpm and 28.3 Nm at 9,250 rpm, making it the agile choice for technical trails and rapid transitions.
  • The TF 450-C delivers 62.4 PS at 9,500 rpm and 49.9 Nm at 7,000 rpm, built for riders who demand raw power and resilience over long, punishing stages.

Both models benefit from forged aluminum pistons, DelWest titanium valves, and diamond-like carbon (DLC) coatings, ensuring durability and reduced friction. A high-capacity clutch, Brembo braking system with Galfer discs, and quickshifter-equipped five-speed gearbox further enhance control and reliability across changing terrain.

Lightweight Chassis and Suspension

Triumph’s unique aluminum spine frame, reinforced with twin cradles, delivers strength and responsiveness without compromising agility. Specifically adapted for GNCC-style racing, the frame is paired with advanced KYB suspension, tuned for cross country conditions.

The setup offers exceptional tunability, giving riders the confidence to push harder and maintain control across forests, fields, hills, and technical singletrack.

Rider-Focused Technology

The TF 250-C and TF 450-C are equipped with advanced electronics and premium rider aids, including:

  • App-controlled engine management
  • Dual engine maps
  • Launch assist and traction control
  • Quickshifter for clutchless upshifts

Additional features include D.I.D DirtStar 7000-series rims, Dunlop Geomax AT82 tyres, ODI lock-on grips, ProTaper Evo MX Alloy handlebars, Exedy racing clutch, and TwinAir washable air filters. Riders also benefit from translucent 8.3L fuel tanks, enduro hand guards, and heavy-duty bashguards for demanding endurance events.
