Developed in collaboration with KTM’s championship-winning athletes like Marc Coma, Matthias Walkner, Toby Price, and Daniel Sanders, the 2026 model sets new standards for reliability, performance, and rider-focused engineering.
Powering the machine is a 450 cc fuel-injected SOHC engine mated to a six-speed transmission and KTM’s race-proven hydraulic clutch. Dual radiators provide optimal cooling, while the expertly welded frame and die-cast aluminum swingarm ensure balance, durability, and stability even on the roughest terrain.
Rally-Tested Components for Maximum Performance
With a combined fuel capacity of approximately 34.5 liters across three tanks, the 2026 KTM 450 RALLY REPLICA is equipped to handle multi-stage, cross-country challenges. The WP XACT PRO suspension package includes the advanced 48 mm Cone Valve front fork and a customizable rear shock for elite-level damping and control.
